The Victorian is a nice size and rather light for a knife possessing a handle of solid horn and steel. This allows it to be carried comfortably in one's pocket, even without a clip. However, the knife does come with a sheath that can be attached to a belt instead.
The hand engraved Damascus steel that adorns the handle is even nicer than the website pictures depict. The metal relief definitely appears hand made rather than machined. The handle's bone scales are very dark green and a little translucent. There are no gaps between the bone and steel.
The blade has an attractive Damascus pattern. The edge is sharp, without nicks or burrs. Opening and closing the blade takes a little effort, but that's not a bad thing for a knife with a slip joint (entirely internal) type of blade lock. Overall, the knife is artistic, easy to handle and cuts well.
